How printing plate trimming works
Nov 09,2021
When encountering the situation that the size of the printed board is not suitable, we can change the size by trimming, and the trimming is relatively simple. Although this operation is simple, it still needs to be carried out under the premise of correct operation, so let's introduce how it should be pruned.
1. Pruning is generally achieved before the positioning of the steel plate. Of course, the same is true after installation, except that there needs to be enough clearance on the top of the panel.
2. Put the pruning tool on the chassis of the printing plate, hold the terminal of the steel plate with the tool, and fold the chassis up. When the slab is used on a roof with a slope of less than 1/5, bend the bottom end of the chassis at the lower end slightly downward to ensure that the rainwater is discharged along the color steel pier. At the same time, the downward folding operation must be carried out after the steel plate is fixed, otherwise it will hinder this operation.
3. When folding down the side end of the steel plate, open the opening of the pry tool appropriately, clamp the tool to the chassis end, and push it inward as much as possible. When the tool fits snugly against the end of the chassis, shake the handle about 200° to create a downward fold at the end of the printed plate. In this way, the steel plate trimming work is completed.
The above is some introduction to the pruning operation, the size of the printing board can be changed by pruning, but after pruning, the trimmed burrs must be polished in time to avoid burrs.
