Precautions when using color-coated sheets

1. The color-coated plate should be installed with fixings, fixed on the purlins with self-tapping screws, and there should be fixings on each purlin.

2. Place a color-coated plate on the fixing, and then compress it with the bottom groove of the central and inner ribs of each fixing to make it completely engaged.

3. Steel pipe × 3M scaffolding erects 2 4m long pipelines, and each scaffold erects 4 wheels to facilitate propulsion.

4. Color-coated panels should be installed on the inner layer of the roof first.

5. According to the technical requirements, each wave peak is fixed with a special self-tapping screw with a length of 30mm, and the color of the nut is consistent with the color of the swatch.

6. Lay the insulating cotton and seal the insulating cotton joint with special tape.
