1. Check whether the fineness of the coating on the computer meets the process requirements.
2. The paint should be fully mixed and filtered before using the computer, and the thinner should not be added too much.
3. Control the humidity of the roller coating chamber to prevent water from mixing into the paint.
4. Check whether the thinner matches the coating, and the thickness of the wet film of the topcoat should not be too thin.
The way to solve the matte surface of the color roller is to reasonably set the temperature of each section of the curing oven to avoid being too high or too low.
