HDP high weather-resistant color-coated board is made of HDP polyester coating, which has good durability, high molecular weight resin, less polymer branching, stable health, and is not easy to photolyz, so it is not easy to chalk and has high gloss. The main performance of high weather-resistant polyester is strong weather resistance and strong corrosion resistance, which is mainly used in areas with long sunshine hours, high dryness, or large temperature difference between day and night, strong humidity, etc., and is widely used. It is a high-end product of color-coated coils. The coating thickness is generally 5um epoxy resin primer + 20um HDP polyester topcoat on the front side, and 5um epoxy resin primer + 6um PE resin topcoat on the reverse side.

High weather-resistant polyester resin is synthesized with cyclohexane-containing monomers to achieve the balance of flexibility, weather resistance and cost of resin, and aromatic-free polyols and polyacids are used to reduce the absorption of UV light by resin, so as to achieve high weather resistance of coatings, and ultraviolet absorbers and histamines are added to the coating formula to improve the weather resistance of paint films. The coating has been widely recognized in the foreign market and is a very cost-effective type of paint.
