The coating of zinc-aluminum-magnesium steel plate (ZAM) is composed of zinc (Zn), aluminum (AI) and magnesium (Mg) through continuous high temperature drying and solidification to produce a tight ternary carbide structure, so that the surface of the steel plate produces a high-density super coating that effectively prevents corrosion.

1. Strong corrosion resistance: Al, Mg and Si and other alloy components are added to the coating of zinc-aluminum-magnesium steel plate, which further improves the control effect of coating corrosion, compared with general galvanized products, the amount of coating adhesion is less but can achieve better corrosion resistance, under the premise of the same coating, the corrosion resistance of zinc-aluminum-magnesium steel plate is 5~10 times that of general hot-dip galvanized steel plate.

2. Wonderful self-healing: the coating components around the cutting surface of zinc-aluminum-magnesium steel plate are also constantly mixed, and the production is mainly composed of zinc hydroxide, metaalkali magnesium chloride and aluminum hydroxide to form a high-density protective film, which has a relatively low conductivity and has a significant inhibitory effect on the erosion of the cutting surface.

3. Green performance: The surface solution of zinc-aluminum-magnesium steel plate does not have metal ions such as tri- and hexavalent chromium, which is in line with the RoHS norms of EU countries and is currently recognized as a green environmental protection product in the world

4. Anti-wear and easy production and processing: the coating of zinc-aluminum-magnesium steel plate is more high-density and smooth, and the surface strength of the coating is more than twice that of the general hot-dip galvanized steel plate, which is not easy to damage in processing, and has good scratch resistance and wear resistance in production and processing performance such as drawing, stamping, sheet metal bending, and electric welding.
